Full Body Pilates 8-Minute Warm-Up Workout
Mar 30, 2020So many of us are sheltering in place (or are super busy doing essential work to keep our society going) - I send lots of thanks to everyone for doing their part!
I'm personally feeling busier than ever between working and distance schooling my daughter, and I know I'm not alone.
I'm learning to actually slow down and spend more time just being present with my daughter and letting go of most of my to-do lists (and the "homeschool" schedule) - AND I know that the best way for me to be present is to actually move as much as possible during the day!
I'm relishing quick simple workouts that get me moving while also combining breath and mindfulness - not only is it keeping my body feeling good, but it's helping my mind calm down, and I feel better because I'm boosting my immunity.

These movements focus on lots of lower body movements, connecting deep stabilizing muscles of your hips and legs while also warming up your entire lower body.
