Ever have one of those days when it seems impossible to do anything for yourself but you know that if you could just get in a little bit of workout you'd feel so much better?

I've been having a lot of those days recently. 5 weeks of them to be exact! 

5 weeks ago my family and I had to evacuate our house due to wildfires in CA.

We were extremely fortunate and our house was spared, yet we've been dealing with remediating our house from smoke damage nonstop for weeks.

We've moved 5 times, been back and forth with insurance representatives countless times, met with multiple cleaning companies to get estimates, and abandoned all pretense at homeschooling until we could actually get home (which amazingly happens tomorrow)!

Throughout this experience of high stress and limited time I've been relying on gentle, short workouts to keep my body pain-free, my mind clear, and my emotions stable.

I know that you have these days too (we all do right?) so I wanted to share this workout with you - it's perfect for days when you're tired, achy, and stressed!

This 12 minute class is a full body warm-up that will integrate and connect your core to your entire body, leaving you relaxed and connected for your day!

You can do this as a stand-alone class for your day, or do it before taking a walk or hike to make sure you're warmed up and ready to go!
