I can see how you might think that, it's what exercise scientists and researchers were saying 20 and even 10 years ago.
But guess what?
Now that technology has created more sophisticated tools, we're seeing that significant results can be achieved by shorter workouts, even workouts shorter than 10 minutes, which is why the current edition of Physical Activity Guidelines recommend frequent short workouts to increase fitness levels.
And as you'll see from this workout, a workout does NOT need to be long to be on 🔥🔥🔥 !
In this Quick Pilates Abs video I'll give you a quick and effective Pilates abs workout, targeting your core, obliques, and back. If you're looking for a short workout that's challenging but doable this is the workout for you.
For beginners: I offer up modifications on the exercises so you can still get a great workout in this workout, but it does move fast!
